Webvision Cloud has been developed to include good, organic, SEO. There are many examples of how the system automatically generates metadata information about the site structure and page content.

    Semantic mark-up

All components of the UI are built using semantic mark-up ensuring that content is both meaningful and structured. This is important for usability, accessibility, as well as SEO. Examples include: page titles are put into the H1 tag, navigation is list based and styled using CSS, and text is output within paragraph tags. This ensures that all content carries a hierarchy and importance can be implied by the search engine robot.

Automatic population of title and metadata

Webvision automatically populates the title tag with the page title, section of the site and site name. It also populates the meta description with the intro/standfirst/text of the page. The user can also add specific metadata for section and home pages through the CMS.

    SEO index pages

These pages ensure that search engines can access all the sites content.

    Google site map XML
