The latest ADvance release delivers new subscription cancellation functionality that captures customer reasons and lays the groundwork for win-back campaigns. Updates include enhanced fulfilment exports, new BI queries, PDF receipts for continuous card payments, and improvements to Subscriber Campaigns and Churn Propensity tools.
