Campaign Monitor supports two-factor authentication (2FA) which is OFF by default, but can be enabled for each user. There is no global setting that controls it.
Each user can manage their own security, but everyone can see whether a particular user has it ON.
To view or change your account settings, log in to Campaign Monitor and navigate to Client Settings. Scroll to the end to find the People in Your Company section:
